Family Migration to Australia

- Authentic copy of birth certificate to prove that the sponsor is 18 years old and above
- Proof of citizenship (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen)
- Evidence to prove financial capability to sponsor
APPLICANT:
- Valid passport
- Proof of identity
- 4 passport-size photos
- 2 passport-size photos of the Australian spouse
- Marriage certificate
- Death certificate of a previous spouse/divorce certificate (if applicable)
- Evidence to prove an authentic and on-going relationship with the spouse
- Evidence of name change (if applicable)
- Copies of military records (if applicable)
- Affidavit of Support from the sponsor
- Form 888 (Affidavit from a witness to prove the relationship)
- Medical certificate
- Police clearance
Procedure:
- Translation of all required documents to English and notarization of the photocopies
- Lodging of the application at the Australian Embassy
- Payment of the corresponding fees
- Interview
- Upon approval, temporary visa is issued
- Filipino spouse flies to Australia
- Further processing will be done by the Australian immigration and additional documents may be asked
- Permanent visa is granted if the applicant passes the immigration assessment
CHILD MIGRANT VISA
Eligibility: The Child Migrant Visa is granted to a biological, adopted, step-, Artificial Conception Procedure-conceived, or surrogate child of an Australian citizen, who wishes to migrate to Australia for a family.

- Assurance of Support
- Evidence to prove the parental responsibility over the child
APPLICANT:
- 47CH Application for Migration to Australia by a child
- Valid passport
- 2 recent passport sized photos
- NSO-authenticated birth certificate
- Certificate of name change
- Evidence to prove dependency on the sponsor
- Evidence of enrolment, if full-time student
- Records of military service and discharge papers
- Evidence to prove relationship to the sponsor (for orphan relatives)
- Death certificate of both parents (for orphan relatives)
- Evidence to prove the efforts of finding the biological parents (for orphan relatives)
- Evidence to prove the inability of the biological parents to provide parental care (for orphan relatives)
- Medical certificate
- Police clearance
Procedure:
- Translation of all required documents to English and notarization of its photocopies
- Lodging of the application at the Australian Embassy
- Payment of the corresponding fees
- Interview may be required if deemed necessary
- Issuance of the child migrant visa
PARENT MIGRANT VISA
Eligibility: The Parent Migrant Visa is granted to an aged Filipino parent who has children permanently living in Australia.

- Proof of permanent residency in Australia
- Proof of relationship with the applicant
- Assurance of Support
APPLICANT
- 47PA
- Valid passport
- 4 recent passport-sized photos
- Proof of identity
- Authenticated copies of birth certificate
- Proof of relationship with the sponsor
- Adoption papers (if applicable)
- Certificate of name change (if applicable)
- Military service records and discharge papers (if applicable)
- Evidence to show where the other children resides
NOTE: Majority of the children of the applicant should be permanently living in Australia. Otherwise, the visa application will be rejected.
